Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
  • Europe: 5–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $50.

For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

CozyPaws™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
